Tennis and Fitness Center
The Palmas del Mar Tennis Club offers the most complete and the largest tennis facility in the Caribbean. Palmas is a tennis lover’s dream with 20 courts; 2 artificial grass Omni Courts, 4 Har-Tru clay courts and 14 hard courts, many of which are lighted for night play. The tennis facility hosts many local and regional tournaments. The Palmas del Mar Tennis Club presented the first USTA Tennis Challenger event in Puerto Rico in 2008.
The outdoor café, the Center Court Bar and Grill, offers a casual and sporty family ambiance. This restaurant facility holds the reputation of offering some of the best burgers in all of Palmas del Mar.
The Center offers activities that include tennis clinics for all levels, tennis cardio workout sessions, private lessons, and a very complete after school junior program. It hosts member tournament events that are well attended by the very supportive membership.
The Fitness Center located on the second floor of the full serviced tennis pro-shop, counts with treadmills and cardiovascular exercise equipment. It also offers group exercise classes, including Pilates and water aerobics.
